Scheduling Appointments

Patients at Mann Orthodontics are seen on a pre-appointed schedule. Our team makes every effort to consider patient and parent school and work schedules so as to accommodate for those constraints whenever possible. The patient’s individual orthodontic treatment plan will dictate the need for appointments and some time from school or work will be missed. We will make every attempt to keep appointments during school time to a minimum and provide school excuses whenever a patient is seen in our office. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding in this matter.

Proper treatment momentum and scheduling at recommended intervals of time will minimize the need for more days, weeks or months to be added at the end of your total treatment time.

In the unlikely event you miss one of your appointments, please call us to reschedule as soon as possible. Our team requests twenty-four hours or more notice for a change in appointment time.
